Financial Assistance Program is available to all CLFG Regular employees. The program includes, but not limited to: Educational Assistance Loan; Livelihood Assistance Loan; Medical; Burial; Appliance’ Home Improvement; Housing; Health Care; Car Loans; Travel; and other Basic Necessity Loans.

Seminars, Workshops and Mentoring activities are regularly provided to employees to enhance their knowledge in their respective fields and to ensure personal growth and development. Seminars conducted by CEFFI include Personality Development Seminar, Communication Skills Seminar-Workshops: “Let Your English Work at Work”, Personal Finance Seminar and Managing Your Subordinates Effectively to name a few.

 

SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

 

CEFFI offers Scholarship Program to children and siblings of CLFG regular employees. The program was created to help deserving students achieve their educational goals by providing financial assistance for their college education. 

 

CEFFI’s commitment to responsible citizenship includes programs to help protect the environment and reduce the effect of global warming. CEFFI promotes environmental awareness in all of CLFG’s business activities from operations to the use of environmentally friendly technology. Other environmental programs include the implementation of 3R Policy: REDUCE, REUSE and RECYCLE and Trash-to-Cash Program with aims to create a disposal system within CLFG.
